    Nets Get : SG W. Matthews Sf G. Wallace PG R. Felton Blazers Get : PG D. Williams makes us a contender right away great point guard in return. starting 5 1. D. Williams 2. E. Williams 3. N Batum 4. L.A 5. Camby bench jamal , babbit , Thomas , Smith , n. Smith (sign or trade for a back up SF) .

    We give up way to much on that trade. 3 Starters is too much.

    Where do I sign up? My Grandpa once told me when we dealt Rasheed that we gave up a Cadillac for two Fords (Reef, Theo). We get the Caddy in this deal and don't give up much at all. Batum moves to the starting 3 and Jamal can start at the two. Sure we'll miss Crash but Deron Williams is worth it. Although Williams is unrestricted so we would need some form of assurance that he would re-sign with us this summer.

    have real inexperienced bench except kurt of course but this kind of a good trade dont think the nets would do it though

    Very good to amazing starting lineup, but an abysmally bad bench.  This trade would be a disaster IMO.  I don't want to go back to last season when they Blazers had no depth.  We don't want our best players off the bench to be Rhino and Crawford....

    NOOOOOO, not enough in return for a player who likely would bolt after his contract is up. He has already demanded being traded out of a small 1 sport town (SLC Utah) remember?!

    I would rather trade Mathews, Felton, and a first rounder for D. Williams with a guarantee that he will sign an extention.  If you want to trade Wallace then get three first rounders from Orlando like the trade that was almost a deal earlier in the season.

    Williams will be in NY or LA by the time he can signa new contract, not portland.
