How about Batum for Steve Nash and Hakim Warrik. Both sides benefit. Nash gets another shot at a ring. Felton gets pressure taken off when he is not on his game and we get another big that help out the big men. plus we will run and the system will get better

Problem is, Phoenix would want part of Eastern Oregon for Steve Nash. I don't think they'd settle on just Batum.

absolutly no! Ok Nash is perfect, Warrick play good at this season, but Batum is Blazers future! He must stay in Rose Garden!

Batum played good last night but we still lost & he committed a silly foul on Kevin Martin that cost the game. He will be an All Star. That is what the Suns need since they are ready to start rebuilding. Nash wants a ring and would make everyone's game better. Imagine what he'd do for LaMarcus and Gerald plus he's a threat all on his own and knows how to find guys in a high paced offense.

If we took our roster as-is and added Nash to help out Felton, imagine how good we'd be

But we also are one big away from a champioship. I don't want to break up the team but maybe Batum will get his contract this way. Just saying

Wallace and Batum are my favorite Blazers. I would hate to see either one go. However, if one is traded, I feel it should be Wallace. Batum has been here longer and has created a great bond with the team over the years.

In trading Wallace we must get a young big man, (let's face it, Greg isn't coming back).
I am a fan of Batum is the answer.

I totally agree with xxbennettxx. Batum has been here longer and also he's still young. The problem is, he rarely gets the opportunity to shoot the ball because everyone is focusing on either Wallace, L.A, Matthews or Crawford..

It's early. Leave this stuff to Nate and Chad. Hope we can get the numbers right on Nic and Gerald and keep them both. We do have a nice team, I'd be disappointed in making a decision that we could regret later. We get on track, and hopefully soon.

bad idea. besides, this trade idea doesn't even come close to meeting the nba trade guidelines.

Agree with Bullfrog, leave this stuff to the Front Office and let them cross that bridge when they come to it.

It blows my mind to think that any real Blazer fans are talking about trading key players with something like 54 games still ahead in the regular season. This is the best squad that Portland has seen in probably a decade, and they're still getting warmed up. Bigger things are ahead, and moving any of our real game pieces would be a GAMBLE for value at best, not a guaranteed upgrade no matter who we get.
Please stop looking at the team like you're playing on your xbox, there are many more factors in real basketball than the number values of a player.

On a lighter note, I can't wait to see our Men in Black begin to even out this roadtrip today by crushing the Hornets. Even if Atlanta gives us trouble on wednesday, we still have good chances of going .500 on the trip, and with the way we dominate at home that's a good record :) LETS GO BLAZERS

Horrible idea. We don't need Nash, Felton is doing just fine. Also how long could we have an aging Nash for? If we are really looking to trade Batum we should look in Orlando.

Both those trade wouldn't work for so many reason's! Plus I would hate to see Nic wearing anything else than a Blazers uniform! Btw " http://espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine " is a decent way to know if your trade is realistic...

I guess Batum would be a good fit since Ilysavoa plays 4 more than the 3, which I didnt know lol

I think this would be a really good deal for Bucks then. They can draft Dieng with the 10 and maybe Franklin with their pick.

You''re right. They should dump Monta though. I was thinking maybe the Rockets could use the number 1 pick to get the lakers to do a sign and trade for D12.
