LaMarcus Aldridge Headed To Team USA?

     “I haven’t talked to anybody yet, but I think it’s going to happen,” Aldridge said Tuesday night before the Trail Blazers’ game against the Los Angeles Clippers. “I think I’m going to be invited to the tryouts.”
     “I’m excited,” Aldridge said. “I’ve had opportunities previously in my career to play with the USA team, and it just didn’t work out. This time it fits perfectly in where my career is and my family is. “

    A feel good story and certainly, when you look at how his game has evolved, he is a top tier 4 in this league. Portland often doesn't get the same recognition, but this guy has done nothing but get better from day one. We have seen him post up big names and make big shots. Congratulations LA, hope to see out there as an All Star and Olympian.
