You know, after the Blazers beat OKC convincingly, I have more faith in them, and I thought they were a top 4 seed without a doubt, and best they could do is 1st seed.  But, LaMarcus in his post-games, especially the one today, seems like he just wants it more than I've ever seen him want something.  He seems fierce, more confident, and more relaxed in his speech.  Its not often that you hear a good-hearted, non-ego player say "I know we're way better than that team (Clippers) so we were mad about that loss" (or something like that).   So, I'm putting my predictions high.  I'm not going to do records because that's just too hard to count for.   However, I will inform you that Ginobli did break his hand and is out indefinitely.  Ginobli is/was a huge reason the Spurs get far.  Also with a crammed season and their age, I would be very surprised to see them 3rd.

    I'm going to go with...

    1 - Portland
    2- OKC
    3 - Lakers
    4 - Mavs
    5 - Clippers
    6 - Nuggets
    7 - Spurs
    8 - Grizzlies

In all honesty, I have no idea what 3-8 is going to be, but I have a strong feeling Portland and OKC will be the top 2 teams in the West.

But, if this is how it goes...

    1.Portland vs 8. Grizzlies - Portland in 5
    2. Thunder vs Spurs - Thunder in 7
    3. Lakers vs Nuggets - Lakers in 5 or 6
    4. Mavs vs Clippers - Mavs in 4 or 5

    1. Portland vs Mavs - Portland in 6
    2. Thunder vs Lakers - Thunder in 6 or 7

    1. Portland vs Thunder - Portland in 6.

I'm not sure about the bottom half but in my opinion you nailed the top half. I could see them going 2nd or 3rd but I dearly hope they can win the WEST!

Blazers own the Thunder, but maybe the thunder won't make it that far and we have a tough time matching up against the lakers or dallas,so its in the blazers best interest that the thunder do we and we can match up with them in the playoffs

I think the Blazers toughest challenge is the team we are playing tommarow, the Lakers,we easily own OKC,we match up well with them, but the lakers are a tougher challenge with Bynum and Gasol, only big man OKC has is Perkins and He's barely better then Sam Perkins-today.lol

The problem with JJ remains the same at the 4 or 5 he is just not a good enough defender. Milsap and especially Smith are good defenders. The also both offer more on the offensive side than JJ does.

Howard would be fine if he was the same player he was in Orlando, but his back has really slowed him down and he is no longer the most dominant center in the league. His offense was always trying to dunk on people and getting fouled he has not imp...

Exactamundo. Seriously though, both of you''ll are right. The blame should be placed on the attacker, not Lillard. That being said, Dame should have stepped in.

Sanders is 6''11" Cailin he is about 5 pounds lighter than LA so his size should not be an issue.

I completely agree. Pierce would bring a culture change. And we as a team really needed someone to help our young players through the tough times. Jeffires and Pavlovic were veterans who didn''t see much court time and from what I saw didn''t real...

Joakim Noah has had his injury troubles. His crazy game and high energy make him a constant injury threat. What separates him from Oden and Rose (I had to just mention him) is his willingness to play the way he loves.
