Who should we now be targeting in free agency ? Nene" running alongside LaMarcus ? Chauncey to back up Felton ? Shannon Brown is also available i think to back up Wesley ? We certainly have options now.

Shannon Brown is signing with the Suns, so his name is off the market. Might be time to get Jamal Crawford's agent on the phone!

Shannon is going to waste away in Phoenix. Jamal could be our Jason Terry. Whats the likelihood of having enough to attract Nene to come run with our squad ? Felton,Wesley,Gerald,LaMarcus & Nene would be an outstanding starting line-up.

No chance we get Nene. Jamal Crawford is prob the best bet unless anyone else knows available big men?

B-roys salary wont come off the cap until April, or at least thats what im reading since its most likely going to be a "medical retirement" which means its one year from when dallas knocked us out of the playoffs, so were stuck with mini mid-level for the time being, unless some magical trade happens. This free agency period is going to be crazy! Feel free to correct me if im wrong, just been a long moring for me after hearing the news about BROY. If Blazers dont retire his jersey....at least it will be retired on my wall! Long Live RIP CITY!

I was hoping he would do the right thing and renegotiate his contract I did not expect him to retire. I can see why he did though. I hope he don's a suit and gets a ring through coaching. Class act I will miss him

I think Blazers should offer Brandon Roy the General Manager position!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Brandon has a lot of experience where he can still help our team.

In all honesty, I could really see Roy taking a position with Portland in their dev staff. He could be amazing to teach some up and coming players court awareness, something hes amazing at, and still stick with the team that stuck with him. :)

For sure I hope hes in the Blazers future even off the court.

Thank you, Knorton. Now more rebuilding or anything. No rookie nonsense. Get a solid Defensive big. Trade every single pick to get it.

I don''t trust big men with a history of injury. Ibaka also weighs more than Noel, but you''re right, early days yet, he could bulk up. I am sure, that he will lose some of his speed and athleticism when he does though. Wasn''t that one of his bes...
