On ESPN, an expert said that he wouldn't be surprised if the Blazers made a trade with the Bucks or Bobcats for their draft pick to take Burks.  On NBADraft.net, Burks is listed as a PG/SG and described as...

shows some point guard abilities ... An advanced ball-handler who can get to the rim in traffic using either hand...Excels in the open court, where he uses long strides and his athletic ability to convert on fast break opportunities ...Shows good court vision and a willingness to create for others...He's long and athletic enough to be an effective defender at the next level... All in all, he is a very versatile guard that could be a potential PGOTF for Portland who can score and create for others. What do you think?

I think he could be the PGOTF for Portland as he can score and create for others.  What do you think?

He's more Brandon Roy than PGOTF. I think he's strictly a 2 guard who can handle the ball whenever need be.

I agree he is more of a 2 rather than a 1.  Information also suggests Marshon Brooks won the 1 on 1 he had with Burks in one of the pre draft workouts.

He's a Shooting Guard, not a Point Guard. But like Brandon Roy, Tyreke Evans, or even Clyde Drexler or Michael Jordan (I'm not saying he will be as good as Clyde or Michael), he has the court vision to average 4-6 assist per game.
