Interesting article from Alan Hahn of Newsday-
Pritchard, however, might not be an option for long. Coincidentally, two weeks ago, the Blazers fired Pritchard's replacement, Rich Cho, and an NBA source said Trail Blazers owner Paul Allen 's staff recently discussed bringing Pritchard back.
I don't know how much stock to put into Hahn's report but it's a thought certainly.

I can't imagine KP would want to come back after what hapened the last time he was here.  I do like the way KP managed the draft and trades.  Maybe the magic would return.

I would love to have pritchard come back! Many people already forgot about the last minute deal for marcus camny at the trade deadline last year. That was basically KP's final big move as a blazer. All he gave up was blake & outlaw for camby who helped save the season. Im sure if he could come back he could fill in the other spots the blazers need help at. But then again, why would Pritchard want to return to a team that treated him the way it did when he was abruptly fired...
Ultimatly I've always liked Pritchard and saw no reason for him to be fired, therefore I would love to have him back. But in this scenario hte ball lies in KP's court not ours. It would be completely up to him & there is not much reason for him to want to return.

Well this rumor didn't last long, Uncle Paul's Twitter-
RT : Don’t believe bogus unnamed sources. Blazers would never rehire KP. Priority now is the draft.

KP is under contract to the blazers until June 30 therefore maybe he could be used to help manage the draft or provide input.  Pie in the sky.

If he is as big of a help as he was last year then we would be wise to stay away from him.

Claver will make a great squad player when he develops his outside shot. His size is an asset because he can guard SF and stretch 4s. If he can be a better rebounder and add a post move to his game we could be looking at a possible answer to our f...

Oden was definitely the best pick coming out of high school and arguably ahead of Durant in the 2007 draft. But the draft is art not science and we really needed a dominant center at the time. If we can get Oden for a short term low-risk deal. Lik...

Paul Allen might sell the Blazers but the Blazers will never leave Rip City.
