    My biggest concern is that we get Greg Oden signed for multiple years. I still think he is our best route to the Finals.

    The next move should be to develop a team strategy to acquire the PG of the future and a big to help camby and aldridge.

    Do you think the Blazers should sign greg to his 1 year team option or try to go for a bigger long term deal right away?

    @Ricky do you think the blazers will get their point guard in the draft, vis trade or free agency? What about a C/PF? Should we go after one in the draft? thoughts?

    Resign Chris Johnson to a 2 year, sign Jeff Pendergraph when he gets healthy, and hire two more Centers. When we get shortchanged on our bigs like we have been, we quickly turn into Don Nelson's Golden State Warriors.

    New point guards, all of them. Miller's a tough gritty guard, but we're gonna need energy guys to make it further in the playoffs.

    Camby's a great competitor, but he can't move like he used to to help weakside. We gotta have fresh legs to defend the paint. Guys like Javale McGee come to mind.

    The great Oden question mark, do we keep him? My advice, go watch some Oden highlights. He is a keeper.

    Roy is our team Captain, he's coming off an injury plagued season. He definately deserves another go around. If he's fit enough, he should be able to retain his starting position. Having Matthews and Batum come off the bench? Ooooh, dat's nasty!

    Gerald Wallace should be playing more SF, he runs as well as anyone in the league at that position. But again, you need lots of bigs to ensure that this happens.

    I strongly agree with your thoughts on both Oden and Roy. Which young point guards do you feel the Blazers should pursue?

    Stucky, Felton, Lawson, Brooks, Flynn, for starters. Everybody and their dog will be going after Stephon Curry, and I believe the previously mentioned guards are better.

    IMO, the Blazers are going to use Buchanan AT LEAST until one of the two former GMs comes off their books, which is why we are hearing from president Larry Miller that "there is no time table" for the hiring of a replacement.  KP is still collecting checks.  Financially, this makes alot of sense and is exactly what I would be doing if I were Paul Allen.  By all accounts, this year's draft class is not a deep one and the start of the next season is uncertain at best.  Buchanan and Born can more than handle the draft.  It may be months before there will exist a need for anyone else.

    Im not impressed with Gortat. Everyone wants him but he seems mediorcre to me. He is the most realistic option since all it would take is the 10th pick, but I think he is old and declining.
