How does Blazer's coaching system works?

    I'm just wondering why our players don't get minutes during the regular season? We have a talented and energetic group of bench players. I notice that other teams are showing confidence with their bench players and almost all of them play even during the playoffs. How come the Blazers are not showing any signs of it? How can they build up to their potential when they are not playing at all? Blazers lack variety and very predictable when same players are on the floor all the time.

    enlighten me :)
