    what is the ruling, if there is even one, when the ball carrier crosses half court with his feet, yet he bounces the ball on the other side of the line?

    (rondo 2009 playoffs celtics vs bulls-round 1- game 1.

    I believe its like the touchdown rule, when the ball breaks the plane you cant take it back across
