    "Up & Adam" is hosted every weekday morning at 9am by our very own, Adam Bjaranson. Every show features a guest for the day. Prior guests have included Terry Porter, Jerome Kersey, Rich Cho, Bill Schonley, Bucky Buckwalter & more.

    This thread serves for an updated link for each new show for those who aren't able to wake up early enough to catch the show or maybe just missed it on a certain day. Up first is Adam's episode from today, April 1st.

    In today's episode, Adam has on KGW Sports anchor Michael Berk as his guest where they talk about the playoff picture, how Michael took over for Adam at KGW & more!

    On April 8th both Jeff Pendergraph and David Lucas return for another episode! (Due to technical difficulties we lost the first 8 minutes, sorry!)

    If the thread said Babbitt beat some brothers you all would be expecting a hate crime. I do not see why this is a big deal. Police beat their wives daily and we do not have a thread about that and that is a real issue plaguing society.
