Blazers advance??? Sure, right! This team will not advance anywhere, 1 and done. Last nights game against the Hawks proves it. Where was the team? Where was the coaching? Where was the shooting? Where was the defense? Why was GW on the perimeter most of the game? Why did the team shoot so many 3's? What's going on here? The Blazers are not focused night in and out. That falls on coaching, or in this case, lack of. Time to start kicking ass Nate. I get the feeling Nate is just too soft with the players. Maybe in a couple of years the Blazers can get Jerry Sloan. He wouldn't stand for this lackluster, inconsistant playing. I know he'd have this team working hard all the time.

this is exactly the kind of stuff i was talking about.
how does a loss against the hawks prove anything about the future games against the lakers?

Wallace is a parameter player , like odom pre lakers. its not nice but its not new. Wallace hasnt been playing down low as much as he did in charlotte.

the blazers are tired thats what i am seeing.
i saw this team a week ago beat 2 of the top teams in the league, they had won 7 in a row.
Look at all the stuff this team has overcome so far this season, heart ailed centers, knee blown centers, goodbye gorilla centers, l-train blowing off steam, wes math golden boi, roy and his knees and brandon sit please.

lackluster of faith on your part is something jerry sloan cant even fix.
have some faith in your team

When was the last time the Blazers played poorly against a team that mattered? Like the last 3 minutes of the Laker game?

The Lakers are 47 and 20 with a .701 winning percentage. Don't you think Phill will have them playing at the top of their game by the play-offs? Portland doesn't need another perimeter player. GW needs to be down in the paint. We don't have enough rebounding, put-backs, second chance points. Wallace could fill this roll, and has. We are weak down low. You never know if Camby will even play, he's hurt so much. Don't you think we could use some help down low? Don't get me wrong, I admire the win streak, especially with all the injuries we've had, but consistency wins games and Portland should have won 4 out of 4 on the last road trip. They didn't even show up at Atlanta. They shot a record number of 3's against the Bobcat's and Hawks. The team didn't look prepared at all for the game. This lack of effort should concern you. We've seen it all year. And the Blazers shouldn't get blown out at home against the Hawks, but they did. Lackluster of faith seems to be what the team is experiencing. Jerry Sloan may not change Portland's inconsistent play, but he'd sure kick some ass and try to. I get the feeling Nate isn't a TAKE CHARGE COACH. I could be wrong, it's JMO.

Thanks Siccolo, not to knock on Bosh. I think if he was the number one option he would go back to being a beast. I miss making jokes about him playing for the RAPTORS. He is a great player.

I think what Stotts is doing is superb. His plays are great. I remember the only play he ever called for Meyers Leonard, against the Bobcats. Great movement, got LMA a good mid range look, got Batum a decent three look and the got Meyers way down ...
