    If you were Nate McMillan, with this deep roster, who would you start? Who would you bench? Why?

    Starters:
    Pg-Dre
    Sg-Roy
    Sf-Batum
    Pf-Aldridge
    C-Camby

    The reason I'd start Roy over Matthews because to start the game sometimes we just get too happy with the threes with Batum and Matthews in the line-up and we just start falling behind and take bad shots. With Roy in there this would limit and we could post up Aldridge more effectively (if this is even possible given the level he's already playing at), because you can't leave Roy alone like to do Matthews at times when he's cold from 3-point land.

    Also, with the bench having Matthews on it that unit can run a little bit better. Not to say Roy can't run, but let's face it that really isn't his game.

    thats word to the excessive 3's. but to counter that i would just start having batum go to the rim, he should be looking at drving layups with and1's.
    but my lineup would be 
    miller - patty
    Matthews - Roy - to limit roys minutes and the fans really dig wesley, he has a morale factor to him.
    Batum-Wallace
    Aldridge - Wallace - Batum
    Camby - Aldridge - Wallace

    But really i have a much bigger concern, the amount of active player vs the people who actually play.

    That's the problem though Batum doesn't do it consistently enough. See originally I had Gerald starting at the 3, but that leaves the back-up 4 bone dry.

    Yea i see more clearly each day how much of a pickle it is.
    it leaves one player to do double time at C or C and PF.
    Batum is bigger than wallace, but wallace's game is bigger than batum.
