    No and no. Jordan isn't letting him go.   Per Joel:

     "They were honest with me and told me they wanted me here," the 31-year-old Przybilla said. "That means a lot, especially coming from Michael Jordan. He looked me in the eye and told me this. I've never, to be honest, had a general manager tell me that."

    Why would they waive him, they only have one center without him. They not finna put the 5 position solely in the hands of kwame.


    Joel is gone dude. Honestly, he's not the same player he was anyway...we need to get another young center in the draft because oden may never be healthy again.

    Trade Oden plus a second round pick (If we have one) and try and get a decent center in the draft.  Or trade Oden for Greg Monroe from Detroit. I would love to see a package done to get DHoward in Portland but I know I'll never see that. 

     know I'm probably going to get some for saying trade Oden away but he's had 3 years and 82 games under his belt I don't want to risk giving him a big contract and him breaking his leg 25 games into the season and being left with a patch work front court.  Portland needs a physical center, and I don't see any hitting the free agency anytime soon.

    Howard loves Orlando but maybe if he tests the waters we can make a run for him, unless they implement a hard cap.  No use dreaming about ways to attract players until we see the new CBA
