How did the first practice with Gerald Wallace go?

"Pretty good. He's too athletic. He can run the floor. One time he blocked Patty's shot, he came from the wing side, Patty (Mills) came from the corner … he jumped from, I don't know where he jumped from, but it was like 'Oooh, OK.' That's what we need."
Has Nate McMillan talked to you guys about who's going to start and who will come off the bench?

"Not yet. I doesn't matter who's gonna start or not. All that matters is we want to win. We want to win. We want to be in the playoffs and get a good spot in the playoffs, maybe get home court advantage -- and we have a chance to get it. So we're going to play these last 23 games 100 percent … it doesn't matter about who starts, who finishes the game, playing time, doesn't matter. We just want to win."

Hopefully G-Dub can teach him how to drive to the basket hard, crash the boards from the weak side, and up his defense.  Good learning experience coming at the SF position

Getting deeper though we are still lacking in the center and don't have a solid backup PG...

    True...every team needs something.

Maybe we can get Arron brooks somehow over the summer? I'm pretty sure the pg situation will be resolved by the summer it's so many pgs in the league.

It's harder to find a decent big man then a decent pg.

Interesting that Nic had one of, if not his best performance of the season tonight, following some speculation as to when Wallace would be inserted into the starting line-up.  Fear motivates.

GW will have his chance tomorrow night, with both Rudy and Roy out.  I have no doubts he will not disappoint.

We know exactly what JJ defense at the 4 is and it is just as bad as the 5 you act like he has been playing center his whole career.

Exactamundo. Seriously though, both of you''ll are right. The blame should be placed on the attacker, not Lillard. That being said, Dame should have stepped in.

Sanders is 6''11" Cailin he is about 5 pounds lighter than LA so his size should not be an issue.

I completely agree. Pierce would bring a culture change. And we as a team really needed someone to help our young players through the tough times. Jeffires and Pavlovic were veterans who didn''t see much court time and from what I saw didn''t real...

Joakim Noah has had his injury troubles. His crazy game and high energy make him a constant injury threat. What separates him from Oden and Rose (I had to just mention him) is his willingness to play the way he loves.
