I love it. The difference between what we sent out and what we got back in bigger than any other trade I've seen since Gasol went to LA. Joel played well last night, but he's not what he once was. Cunningham is turning into a nice player, but he'll never be at the level of Wallace. The draft picks hurt a little, but who knows what they were going to turn into anyway.

Bottom line is, we got an extremely energetic player that can score and rebound. We have starters capable of double digit rebounding at the 3, 4, and 5 now. We also, FINALLY, have a small forward that will rebound and attack the basket... not just stretch the D and shoot 3's. By the way... we still have those guys too! Our bench is stronger because we sent out players that aren't starters (or at least not supposed to be) and brought back a starter. If Batum moves to the bench, or bench is just that much better too.

Awesome trade. Not enough to make us a contender - but we did get better. no doubt!

hey if we do thats a win win.  we get to keep the nucleus in order and add a good piece in wallace imagine how good this team can be when oden comes back. this lineup has some firepower now!  i love cunningham and wish him well i know he will eventually be very good but he is still young so i think its a upgrade. i wanna see what the starting line up will look like...

Oh, I forgot to mention, that even with what Joel brought to the table - at this stage in his career, our defense got better too. Maybe we don't have the shot blocker in the paint, but our perimeter defense is going to be almost phenominal - starters and bench. Both have a lock down perimeter defender at the 3. If we ever wanted to play Batum, Wallace, and Matthews all at the same time... forget about it! What's not to like about this deal. We stole this guy!

well mccollum looks cool but lillard was a rarity when it comes to small school ballers being successful I don''t see 2 small school ballers 2 drafts in a row especially one comeing from a weak draft being anything spectacular

Potential out weighs them all are you serious OJ Mayo has more potential than Batum, then you add in what Landry and Barnes provide plus whatever 2 first round picks offer and it is not even close.

I would trade the pick, the team is in rebuild mode and I am not sure Burke is the guy I really want on my team. Since my team needs a PG a PF and maybe a SG depending on how they feel about Afflalo still.
