    Hope.. and something to build upon. Brandon Roy was out for 2 months and still played great! No,he didn't score 20, but he made shots when we needed them, and he played great defense. When kobe tied the game,AND the blazers took their final timeout in regulation, All i was thinking about was how Brandon should take the shot.... and then brandon checked in, but didn't take the shot. I still think the play out of the timeout should have been for brandon.. but thats just me.  Welcome back, Brandon! We have all missed you,and are all very excited to have you back!

    NOW I'm not one to complain about refs especially in this game because we missed our last 7 in regulation and that isn't the refs, BUT a 3 pointer made by Kobe wasn't a 3..it was clearly a long 2,i dont think that was ever corrected. Another things is LA was fouled 3 times and no call.  OH and how long can kobe complain and scream to a ref before he gets a T? APPARENTLY THE ENTIRE GAME AND NOTHING HAPPENS...someone buy him a pacifier.

    The 3 was reverted to a 2.

    You're not going to get foul shots in the last minute against the Lakers if you're Portland, especially if the Lakers haven't won in your building in ages or rarely do.

    And, it's Kobe.  The leagues biggest money maker.  If he pulled out a concealed weapon and shot a ref to death he'd still get away with it.  Remember, he did get away with rape.

    I was watching the bench where Brandon was in the 4th quarter. I caught him clap his hands together. It wasn't cheering for his teammates clapping it was a, "dang I want to be out there" clap. That step back jumper he made was vintage.

    One thing I did notice about his shot last night, it was a bit flat. Not a lot of arc like it usually does.

    Nobody commented on his crossover? That was best crossover of the night, hands down.

    The crossover was money! Not to take anything away from what the team has been able to do without him these last 2 months, they really have done a great job, but i really am so happy he is back! He is looking good too! Now that he has gotten the "first game back" out of the way, I can't wait to watch him tomorrow against denver!

    I'm excited to see this deadly duo in Brandon and LaMarcus. Especially LaMonster, he's going to be the beneficiary because he's a pick and pop/roll threat and a deep post threat.

    kobe didn't get away with rape... god.. come on dont be biased on that.....
    i seem to remmber rumors surfaced that she had the horozontal mombo with others that day...

    but evne then. it ruined his image. hes big. but still... not as big as he was/could have been..

    kobe is great. probally the best player in the game today. -.-

    everytime he shot last night i was thinking. -.- please pass the ball kobe?

    They has a specialist come in 2008 and say flat out that Oden and Roy were going to have knee issues. If you know the knees are going to be a potential issue then as a training staff you need to work on strengthening that area, healing it and help...

    Henson will be solid down the road but his ceiling is more like Taj Gibson. He is a great role player but not elite like Sanders and Ibaka could be if people were not so willing to shoot on him.
