Nice to see nate getting some national credit, maybe now he can get some domestic support.

P.S. the format for this site is. . . frustrating, the user interface sucks and is irritating to navigate on an older computer. elminate the useless clutter on this site that has to load everytime you change pages or refresh.

I forgot guys in their 5th year could get MIP.  Otherwise I'd have gone with Wesley.  Nice to see Nate and Monty both as top 5 coaches.

Hmmm... no Jackson there.  Makes me wonder if he truly is the best coach in the league atm.

    Yeah. This is year 5.

There are a lot of good coaches. I think Nate might be a Jerry Sloan type: always in the running, but never sticking out. We see it differently that people nationally because we know about the rotating cast of players that continue to step up. For two years now that's been happening. We've been expected to be good the past 2 years though, so no one is too surprised. They're surprised given our injuries, but not to the extent that they should be.

Thibodeau has gotten a lot of praise this year, and I'm sure a lot of that is justified, but he also got a bunch of new talent without losing any key pieces. Sure, most didn't expect the Bulls to be this good, but no one expected them to take a step back. Popovich makes a good case. I wouldn't have a problem with him winning it. He's gotten a lot out of his aging players, and his rookies always seem to play better than most, which is extra surprising given how late they usually pick. I don't think Doc should be 3rd. They don't seem to be doing anything different than anyone expected, or maybe that's just me. Monty had a much better case early in the season. I think he should still be ahead of Doc though, but probably no higher than 4th.

Anyway, I think Nate deserves it.

The most important part for me isn't what year he's in, it's that he's doing it AFTER he got his big (yet not max money) contract. He's showing he's a true proffesional in every sense of the word.

Yeah, he was tripping with that Scottie Pippen reference. Nowhere as good as him, BUUUTTT, I think he can be, if he plays like a man. In Euroleague, you are taught more about finesse, and the fundamentals. He needs to put a little more muscle on, ...

Ridnour doesn''t have a lot of offensive game, but he''s irritating as hell as an opponent and that''s what you want. He can run plays and stuff so he would be nice.

Thanks Siccolo, not to knock on Bosh. I think if he was the number one option he would go back to being a beast. I miss making jokes about him playing for the RAPTORS. He is a great player.

I think what Stotts is doing is superb. His plays are great. I remember the only play he ever called for Meyers Leonard, against the Bobcats. Great movement, got LMA a good mid range look, got Batum a decent three look and the got Meyers way down ...

I watched Shabazz at the combine and he was a poor shooter.  In fact he did  so bad he did not even show up for drills in day two.  He may be a scorer not a shooter.  If he throws up enough shots he scores.  If someone looks a...
