    I think blazers are doing pretty good right now at 32-24 and fifth in the the west. Where do you think the blazers will end up and against who? Give me some answers! Comment and post a reply.

    I think they will fall just shy of home court in the 1st round.  49-51 wins 5th or 6th seed

    2 words sum up my feelings. Pleasantly surprised.

    We've got a pretty rough schedule come March facing a lot of teams above .500. Depending on how well we do coming out of March the playoff picture should be much more clear. I can't really speculate where we might end up because these Blazers just have tons of surprises, but I'm optimistic. We have a chance at 4th place but it seems like a long shot, so I'm going to say 5th or 6th either facing OKC or LA first round.

    Need to get younger while they still have the ability to.  Reserving predictions until after the deadline.  As I've stated in other threads...sometimes you must take a step back to take two forward.  Just my take.

    Memphis has already pounded on us. We have a hard time with Utah too. It's gonna be a mixed bag who finishes in the 5,6,7,8 spots in the playoffs.

    We got smothered in the 1st round of the playoffs the last 2 seasons. Our team fought hard to the last game in order to increase their spot in the standings (4th and 5th). Perhaps our guys take it easy during the last 2 weeks? Save themselves for the playoffs, even if it means we fall back a spot or 2.

    This team has a Freight Trains worth of momentum coming off this ASBreak. This Laker game coming up will be a big one, to see how well this team does ( at the current state) against a big team like the Lakers.

    With all the injuries to major players and all the bad news at the beggining I honestly thought we were looking at a lottery pick. This season has gone extremely well which is a big Kudo's on Lamarcus whom until this season I have had my doubts. He still has a little trouble with the double team and consistantcy but nothing compared to last season. He might very well turn into Portlands best power forward to date. Nate also has to get Kudo's. I dont think many coaches in the league could have done what he has with what he had left to work with. As far as the rest of the team is concerned they stepped up and played like we knew they could.
     The major hump we got right now is going to be the transition of adding Roy and Camby back to the game.
    This will be a good thing and we will probably drop a few games because of it but at the end I know it will be better for the team as a whole. Prediction; 5-6 seed at best in the playoffs and I would be really disappointed if we did not make it past the second round.
