I believe that the Suns are rebuilding. So I would like to ask, what are the odds that the Blazers could snag Steve Nash from them?

I hope they are slim to none. Blazers already have an aged veteran PG in Dre. Thats one of the problems. They need to get a little younger. Harris is a good trade idea hope PDX gets him.

Slim to none. Portland wants to get younger at the point guard, but also having a veteran at that position. As great Steve Nash is he doesn't fit the first criteria.

Chances are about 10%.. I made a thread about this proposing the idea using the ESPN Trade Machine. You're right, the Suns are rebuilding. I guarantee the Blazers have called and inquired about his availability, but he is probably not going to be traded unless they get lots of expiring contracts, first round picks, and great young talent.  We have all three of these, but it wouldn't make sense to give all that up for him. But I hate when people say that this isn't a good move because we already have a veteran point guard in 'Dre. That is ridiculous.  Steve Nash is soooo much better that it would definitely be worth it to trade for him if we could make a decent trade, I just wouldn't trade away the whole team for one player

How about if the team trades Andre and someone/something for him?

this is true, it still doesnt fix the problem we have in the search for a young PG.
I can say that i believe Nash would be the best guy for a teacher, but i dont see any reason in going after him, even if dre is in a trade deal

Dont think they trade him for JJ tho, they can just sign Hickson.

I watched Shabazz at the combine and he was a poor shooter.  In fact he did  so bad he did not even show up for drills in day two.  He may be a scorer not a shooter.  If he throws up enough shots he scores.  If someone looks a...

I would agree LMA is a decent defender but his help defense and team defense needs a lot of work. It is in these areas that Bosh really separates himself from LMA and it is because of that he is a better player than LMA despite not putting the sam...

I was looking at some shooting stats and came across a very very alarming stat. LMA was the league leader in FGA from 16-23 feet. Not only was he the leader he was lead by a mile. His 7.3 attempts from this distance easily outpaced Demar Derozan w...

Sug I would start with him outscoring Wesley Matthews. He also needs to get his FTA up and his FG% up and cut down the turnovers.

His defense was decent last year but not that good as he is either too weak or just unwil...
