Which Trail Blazer will step up and help out LA on offense?
    Wesley Matthews (3)
     17%
    Andre Miller (2)
     11%
    Nicolas Batum (5)
     28%
    Patty Mills (2)
     11%
    Dante Cunningham (1)
     6%
    Rudy Fernandez (5)
     28%
    No one (0)
     0%
    Other (0)
     0%

After dropping the first game of their road trip in Denver, the Trail Blazers have a great opportunity to string together some wins before the All-Star Break as five of the their next six opponents are below .500, starting with the 19-27 Pacers. Conseco Fieldhouse, a place Blazer fans never had a good feeling going into, until the team broke through with wins during the 2009 and 2010 season. Prior to that, the squad had dropped five straight in Indianapolis. While the Pacers are only 12-11 at home, they did jump out to a 16 point 1st half lead last month in Portland before falling 97-92.

For the Trail Blazers to keep a grip on the 8th seed, they must continue to play team basketball. In their win earlier against Indiana, Portland racked up 29 assists. Also, we need to make someone else beat us other than Danny Granger. If that means shadowing him with another player or straight up double teaming him, I'd go for it. I'll take my chances with their role players over Danny shooting any day of the week.

hard to say if Wesley will be available and even if he was, he won't be able to perform at 100%.

HUGE game tonight.  Memphis is only a half game behind Portland for the 8th spot and has woeful Cleveland at home tonight, 5pm tip PST.  With Wesley's status a question mark, the Blazers once again find their backs against the wall.

    BRING IT fellas!  Go Blazers!

I'm expecting another solid outing from Dante tonight. He's been bringing it lately and if he can hit the mid-range shot, he can play alongside LA just fine. Put LA on the blocks and Dante at the elbow of the key and work the hi-low action.

WAIVE Sean Marks !!!!!!!!!!!!  Get Chris Johnson BACK !!!!  Don't know why we kept Marks, he's a HUGE liability.....I'd rather we sign Ima Udoka !!  But having Johnson's size is a plus.......and in some ways he reminds me of a younger version of Marcus Camby.

Dude Marks' Block was the best part of that game, are you kiddin me?>

It was just not ANYONES day today.
34% from the floor? Thats just disapointing. Aldridge, not gettin it so easy this time, but im glad he still got ten boards.

But Again, Pryzbilla and Offense, NOT Working OUT! You gotta give more than those 2 points for 19 minutes!
And Dante Too, better start  seeing some offensive production outta those guys.

Matthews looks hella gimpy, might wanna think about giving him a rest.

rog, you need to chill, Rice is the shiznap. He's obviously gonna be happier when the Blazers are winning. He has earned the right to get grumpy, when we're down by 18 to the lowly Pacers.

Seriously, when Josh McRoberts looks like an All-Star Center out there, you have a really serious team intensity problem on your hands.

I was at work during the game so all I could do was look at the box score.  It was the damn Celtics game all over again.

Portland had less turnovers, more FGs, equal 3s, more blocks, more steals, more assists and lost by thirteen.  Pacers attempted 21 more FTs and made 15 more than Portland.  Is it bad officiating completely taking the Blazers out of games like this or Portland's aggressive defensive?  I'm leaning towards bad officiating if Aldridge is fouling out with 9 minutes left in the fourth.

That's the only saving grace about losing to a team like Indiana.  The officiating made it impossible for Portland to win given their FG% for the game.
I am a fan of Rudy and Patty's off-court bromance.

Not two months. It wasn''t a major injury, X rays came back positive. I know he played because we had no one who could replace him, and that was admirable, but it simply does not take that long. When he had a good game, he said my wrist felt good....

Yeah I was one of them *blushes*. I was never a diehard fan of basketball until the 2011-2012 postseason. I could name every team, but I always forgot two. Kings and Blazers.

Yeah, he was tripping with that Scottie Pippen reference. Nowhere as good as him, BUUUTTT, I think he can be, if he plays like a man. In Euroleague, you are taught more about finesse, and the fundamentals. He needs to put a little more muscle on, ...

I think what Stotts is doing is superb. His plays are great. I remember the only play he ever called for Meyers Leonard, against the Bobcats. Great movement, got LMA a good mid range look, got Batum a decent three look and the got Meyers way down ...
