This Freshman on Kentucky is killing it right now against South Carolina.
He is a Portland Native , and if this kid goes pro, Blazers have got to swoop.
Just a little taste,can ya dig it?

I mean does anyone know about this guy?

thats what ive been saying all year at school. He is a carmello anthony type of player. I would trade Batum and a couple of more guys/draft picks to grab this guy

he definitely needs some work, but he has the makings of a supersmallforward.
id keep batum and have nic teach him the ropes. because we know that nic can fly but either nate or himself restrains him and keeps him perimeter, like odom.
Odom was a horrible SF, played on the 3 line, as PF he is much more efficient

Yeah, being from the portland area and only one grade older than him, I've seen him play in fall league tournaments and AAU tournaments. He is a monster, but has a way to go to become a good NBA player

Why go out and get more SF? we need a C. We are stacked at the SF position maybe not skill wise but at player wise. We need to trade Patty and Armon away and get a good quality PG for them and he Dre teach him some. then we need to draft a C. Or Vise Versa. Draft a PG and trade for a quality C/PF. WE DON'T NEED A SG OR A SF WE HAVE TOO MANY!

Dude you need to relax.
If you read the original post then you would see he is 19 years old.
and not to mention both of us had said he still needs to improve.
And just because someone's potion says SF, doesnt mean they are limited to just that position.

Armon and Patty are fine for this team, its Dre who has to go.
I have made this argument so many times, but .... Dre is a better player in transition, he words well when the team runs. Portland still , better than it used to be, has a slow paced offense, and that limits Dre's capabilities.
And further more. Andre Miller does not have a decent jump shot.
And i strongly believe that the PG position has to be able to score in all types of ways, they need to drive, they need to have a shot, pick and pops, the whole sha
bang.

And we should get rid of someone at the SF , and Batum is the only one worth any value, but the restraints that have been placed on his game are just to big of a deal. He should be way more active offensively.

TERRENCE ROSS (WASHINGTON) WENT TO JEFF TOO, HE PRETTY COLD, BUT I DONT KNOW IF HE ENTERING THE DRAFT.

I'VE BEEN SAYIN THEY NEED TO PICK HIM UP SINCE THE OFF-SEASON. BUT HE LIKE WHAT 3RD PICK ON MOST MOCK DRAFTS??? I DONT SEE IT HAPPENING.

only problem i would have with t. jones is that he seems to have a bit of additude at times, but yes he is a really good player, last year the demos beat my team 3 times, once by more than 50

I am a fan of i am a fan or wes matthews as a starter

can you elaborate on this?
Like is there an article that talks about and outburst he has had before.
Because i sort of thought the same thing when i was reading his facial expressions, but i came to conclusion that he is just one of those guys who gets really into the game and takes it WAY too Seriously, and thats okay because some of those guys are the greatest players.

Or like his faces after he monster slams..... But if he is getting technicals thats different, or choking out his coach. ha :p

Jones is great, but to get him we'd most likely have to deal a player of Batum's caliber/potential in order to get that high in the draft. There's really no other way around it. And while Jones looks good, he can't shoot and I don't know if he's a 3 or a 4. I'm always scared drafting tweener player. But, he is long and can put the ball on the floor. He really reminds me of Josh Smith/Lamar Odom.

I dont know if there is an article or not but when he played Roosevelt last February he ended up getting kicked out of the game i believe by the coach

Thanks Ricky. I''ll be watching @ 10. Haven''t seen enough right hand from Shazamm. Without the ability to take his defender either way off the bounce, let alone finish at the cup with either hand? Second rounder at best.
