This guy is a 7'8" center at Mountain State University and i think with the lack of big men on our team maybe we should draft him in this years draft. He is a senior this year and i think we would be able to develop him and then our team would be the team with the biggest guy not those stupid Rockets. Just my opinion tell me what you guys think of him. Just Google his name and tell me if you guys think we could use him next year or years to come.

HE actually has a big body for a 7'8, unlike Yao Ming and Shawn Bradley who are very thin. But being a guy that tall makes everyone become wary about knee injuries. Nevertheless, if he's going to enter the NBA draft, everyone's gonna be HIGH on him. Shawn Bradley, remember?

well Shawn Bradley was actually a good player he was just known for being dunked on because he wasn't afraid to get dunked on. He always tried to get the block. He was just a little uncoordinated but he had a good career overall and i wouldn't mind having him or Thabeet on the Portland Trail Blazers especially since our big men are all hurt.

Yeah, true. And the Blazers have a good medical staff anyway. But, how will the medical staff assess him prior to the draft?  Are they going to give a green light to the management for them to draft him?

How old is Paul Sturgess? Is he going to enter the 2011 NBA Draft? How's he going to fare in the draft? You see, he will become the tallest player to grace the draft. Manute Bol and Gheorghe Mureşan were 7'7" tall while Yao Ming and Shawn Bradley are 7'6" tall. Although the former ones were drafted at the second round, the latter ones were drafted as 1st and 2nd, respectively. Adding to the fact that Paul Sturgess has a big body for a 7'8, it won't be too long before some team's gonna draft him.

But I do hope that the Blazers could draft this guy. He would be of BIG help.

Ha Seung-Jin was literally the size of a building, but he didn't help the Blazers all that much.

As with Ha Seung-Jin he really is big. He causes matchup problems when their team, South Korea, faces the Philippines. I just don't know why he didn't thrive well in the NBA. Maybe he relies too much on his size, and since the NBA has plenty of BIG men, his style of play won't work.

As with the guy we're talking about here, he is currently playing in an American college thereby giving him an exposure to play in an American style of play. I'm still looking for YouTube videos of him, though. I might change my mind later.

By the way, it would still be two years before he enters the draft. He wants to finish school first.

Whats wrong with being international? Some very great basketball players weren't born in the U.S.
