Absolutely. Well for this series against Houston anyways. Rudy really opens up for offensive opportunities and forces the defense to overplay him. I really like Batum, he is a hell of a defensive player, but In this series I am taking Rudy for Batum no doubt.
I am a fan of my starting 5 getting the job done.(Roy,Pryz, Rudy, L.A., Blake)

He's been in my starting 5 for weeks now on this site. I actually like the smaller lineup having Roy play the 3 and having Rudy at that 2 spot and Blake handling the ball. I especially like the way they all played tonight. Rice has been saying all year that the guards need to crash the boards. Low and behold. Rudy had some rebounds, Blake had rebounds, Roy had a couple. Granted Joel and Oden's numbers were down from their average, but I will take that over a loss anyday.
I am a fan of Good basketball, great fans and Rip City!

Rudy! Rudy! Rudy! It looks like the Rockets were surprised when Rudy came in early in the game. Rudy really deserves more playing time. He is not only a dangerous 3-point shooter, he can defend, he steals the ball, and he gets rebounds. And there are many other things he does that don't appear in the stats sheet, like keeping his defender from double-teaming Brandon or LaMarcus, deflecting some passes and tapping the ball to his teammates. He has a very high basketball IQ. Nic Batum is a very good defender but he doesn't get as much attention from Houston's defenders because he is not aggressive offensively. I hope the Blazers wear their RED road jerseys in game 6 to break their losing streak in Houston. We are still alive and let's again pray for and cheer our Blazers to win game 6 in Houston. Go Blazers!

Rudy got totally jacked in the dunk contest! C'mon man, Nate Robinson jumping off the back of some other Knick? That was weak, weak sauce. Huh, what, oh sorry, wandered off for a second there. Yeah, START RUDY!!!
I am a fan of multiple All-Stars on the Blazers roster this season!

Paul Allen said how do we get better?  I see no activity in the draft with no draft picks.  The trade possibilities are limited because of the value of our bench players.  We have no cap space.  So I think the improvement of our b...

First Game starts tonight. Houston is a tough first round opponent and they play exceptionally well at home. If we can steal a game or two at their place, I feel like we have extremely good chances.

P.S. Would anybody happen to have a...

The Blazers were winning!  That is the key word, were.  Blazers are living proof that you can live and die by the jumper.  Lately it has been dying.

Hawes will be a hot commodity by the trade deadline, I would think the sixers could find a better offer.

However, I do believe Mo Williams could have somewhat of  a high trade value. Olshey needs to make a deal to get a big man while we...
