    One of the biggest stories so far through the Bucks season has obviously been the injuries.  It's all part of what seems like a giant built-in excuse machine that the Bucks have turned into, but there's no denying that it's had a significant impact on their underwhelming 14-21 start. Being the curious person that I am, I wanted to find out how that compared to other teams around the league....

    If you substitute "Blazers" for "Bucks" this could almost have been a conversation held in Portland. In this blog post from January 11, 2011, the author went on to compile data for this season up through Jan 5. As a visual person I thought I'd chart his numbers, and here's how the casualty list plays out:

    Obviously they didn't include Oden as a starter or even on the team because that is at least 35 right there, then there is Brandon, Camby and already we are way over the 17. So looks like they skewed the data to make people feel sorry for them.

    17 games starters missed due to injuries? That is definitely incorrect...

    Fanatic, this was only up until Jan 5 and does not count Greg because he didn't play at all.

    Joe Freeman just did an article, he tallied up the Blazers missed games for ya'

    I think what Stotts is doing is superb. His plays are great. I remember the only play he ever called for Meyers Leonard, against the Bobcats. Great movement, got LMA a good mid range look, got Batum a decent three look and the got Meyers way down ...
