    Via Off The Dribble-
The Blazers lost the last three games Roy played, but since then, they have won six of eight. Over those eight games, they have posted an impressive +5.5 efficiency differential (the points scored by the Blazers per 100 possessions – points allowed by the Blazers per 100 possessions), compared with their -0.3 mark over the season as a whole. Sunday night’s victory was perhaps the Blazers’ most complete performance to date; the 15-point final margin in Portland’s win over Houston was not astounding, but its offensive and defensive execution was crisper than it has been for most (if not all) of this season. Portland is finally finding a rhythm, and though some players are more responsible for that development than others, the Blazers’ recent success is an impressive team effort.

It starts with LaMarcus Aldridge, who has accomplished the rare feat of becoming more productive and more efficient. Aldridge is averaging career highs in shot attempts and points per minute, but by moving his game into the post and relying less on long jumpers, his attempts at the rim have increased from 3.9 per game last season to 5.6 this season, and his shot attempts outside of 10 feet have decreased from 8.5 per game to 6.8. Aldridge hasn’t found the eye of the tiger or some latent capability to be the Man. He just shifted his game inward, which provided an anchor for the offense in Roy’s stead.

Nice to see we are now getting noticed nationally for our play without Brandon. I think if we can go 3-2 in these next 5 games: @Dallas, @ Houston, @ Minnesota, V Miami, V New york, we'll be in good shape. And yes, it has ALL started with LA's transformation.

The Blazers were winning!  That is the key word, were.  Blazers are living proof that you can live and die by the jumper.  Lately it has been dying.

Thank God they are 19 games over 500.  Mayb...

Hawes will be a hot commodity by the trade deadline, I would think the sixers could find a better offer.

However, I do believe Mo Williams could have somewhat of  a high trade value. Olshey needs to make a deal to get a big man while we...

Yeah and now Blazers have zero interest in Bynum. I really thought he was worth the small risk. If anything he would be at the end of our bench and we use him as a sub. Hopefully we do make some type of trade for a quality back up center. Right no...
