He was a beast last night, against a good Dallas team, with very good bigs.
Look at Roy,Oden and LA now. Who is the soft one ??

LA has logged more minutes than Roy, and I have not heard any whining.

Come on Blazer nation, the situation with Roy is what it is. Harping on it, won't make it any better. Look at the positives. Dallas imo, is a better team than San Antonio, the Spurs have had a softer schedule.
Last nights game, even though it ended with the wrong score, was positive.

    Go Blazers !!!!

My love for LA today isn't unconditional.  I think I may be speaking for many when I say that I've known THAT LA to be there his entire Blazer career.  My issue, especially after the dominating performance I witnessed last night, is that it seems to have been a personal "choice" of Aldridge...when to impose his will on the opponent, and when to simply just sit back and play at half speed.  My hope is, that now it has more or less become obvious that Roy is no longer the emphasis at the offensive end, LA feels it a position HE can now fill.  That's my hope.  If that is, indeed, the explanation for the awakening of LA last night, then we all surely have reasons to be optimistic today.  The "inside-out" offense I've been calling for for years may now actually be on the Blazer's door step.  Aldridge becoming a factor ON THE BLOCK, will open up things on the perimeter and give the 10 jumpshooters better looks.

This would be the silver lining IMO

Personal choice, or learning to be the #1 option, when for years he was the #2 option, and having to play the 5 when he is a 4 ??
I guess I am biased because I <3 LA and Nicos games so much, I give them more of a learning curve, since the world as they have known it, their entire Blazer careers has been turned upside down with the back and forth catering to #7.

Nic needs a stable role if Nate wants him to be the 6th man. Sporatic minutes make it hard to get a groove.

Sanders is a good fit, like to run, Pretty much the same offensive game as JJ, except JJ is a little better around the rim and has that close-mid range game. I think Henson is decent too. I didn''t get to see a lot of his game, as he didn''t play ...

Well, I still think he won''t do great in his career. Seems weak.

You''re right. They should dump Monta though. I was thinking maybe the Rockets could use the number 1 pick to get the lakers to do a sign and trade for D12.

Dont see how we can get a starting defensive center. I will be very impressed if Olshey can find one

Paul Allen might sell the Blazers but the Blazers will never leave Rip City.
