    Not now! But in the future like a month, if we still cant get them Ws then maybe we should trade for Quentin Richardson. hes a good 3 point shooter and the magic probably wont want a whole lot for him. made a 3 point shooter in return(rudy). just a thought! GO BLAZERS! 10 11 Champs

    How about Rudy, Oden and Quick to Atlanta for Crawford and Pachula ??
    We get a big that actually plays, a friend to comfort Brandon, and a lot less drama all on one.

    What we are missing is a consistent 6th man, Crawford could fill that roll nicely but I don't think Hawks want to part ways with him.

    The Blazers have the 6th man of the year in Wes Money.  I will never understand the male ego, and the need to " be a starter".  Coming off the bench,WM can absorb the minutes Roy is overplaying.
    IMO WM will still produce like he is, it is the increased minutes, not a starting role he needs.
    We have all seen now, how the theory that Nic is " inferior" to WM has affected Nic. Yes, you could make the argument, that Nic could be 6th man of the year, but it sure doesnt look like that is working. Some players need structure, not sporatic minutes to be successful. Some players like WM are just spark plugs, in any role.

    Being a starter is a whole different world then coming off the bench.  It's a lot easier to get into a rythym early when your a starter.  I play HS basketball and the difference for me is huge.  Look at WM's 21 ppg when he switch with Nic.  The problem with Nic is he has never been agressive enough to be a big scorer.  Maybe it's a personality trait or maybe it's not having self-confidence but the decision to switch WM and Nic was a good one. 
    Also we need to be stop being so gunshy about picking up players with an "attitude".. There are a lot of guys in the league that you can say are too cocky and have too much of an attitude but that's because they're the good ones.  Picking up crawford would be the 2nd half scorer we need off the bench.  We might actually be able to CONTEND with him.

    Semih Erden is good!. Quick feet in defence and knows some good post up moves.

    I say put brandon roy on the trading block and see what we can get, maybe try to spark something totry to get cp3 atleast he is consistant brandon seems to just be collecting a pay check we need somebody that will put up double digit points every night. I know everybody will prob say "yeah right, hell no" but really what good will he continue to be to us if he plays 8 or 9 games and only scores 4pts,6pts,8pts maybe a game that gets in the 20's than has to sit out 3 games or more  for the rest of his contract.

    i was just looking at the proposal for a Jamal Crawford on the espn trade machine, and there's pretty much no way to make it work -- and i tried several options. of course, i doubt the hawks would want to part with him.

    Kim you just might be skating on the thinnest ice ever sayin WM is the 6th man of the year, i can see portland winning it all before they have a sixth man, we have had one of the lowest scoring benches in the NBA.
    there is just no way.
