Suggestions for "On the Streets With Patty Mills"

    I wanted to start this thread to see what Portlanders might look forward to seeing Patty do, or places he should go.  Just for fun, although if you guys want to run some of the ideas by him, go ahead :) lol

    as mentioned in a different thread, I and someone else (I forget who-my bad) think that Patty should do the Carlton Dance.  Although I'd want to see him pull it off with the "Pat Stacks" persona.  Seeing Patty with the headband brought me back to the good old days of "Can I Get a Headband?" If Portland can remix the song to a 2010 version, and have "Pat Stacks" do some singing/Carlton dancing, it would be the funniest song since "It Ain't Easy"

    That's one thing I can think of.  What do you think would be great ideas for Patty's show?

    Besides, Patty's already pretty good at beat-boxing, I'd say it would be pretty awesome.

    For me, it's a nice opportunity to see the streets of Portland. Every time he's in town and able to do it, I would like him to go to bars, librarys, parks or any places where portlanders go to.

    interviewing the players as his character would be awesome too!

    I posted on his comments from the show that Pat Stacks the superfan should get interviewed by mike barrett or mike rice and have a meet and greet with the trailblazers team

    LIke Fallen I think interviews with the players and also Nate woudl be awesome, preferably as Pat Stacks.  But I like just him wandering around portland sites and random chatting.

    He should go attend a high school basketball game, and see what kind of reaction he gets.

    Well like Ali G/Borat he wouldn't be able to go places for too long without being figured out once it gets more popular, but he should try interviewing players from other teams when he's on the road in his Pat Stacks character, and around town here when they are home.

    Those are pretty cool ideas everyone, liking them so far :) and yeah once it gets more popular, Patty approaching hometown people whether it be as Patty Mills or Patty Cakes, they might go crazy lol, I know I was very happy the night he replied to me on the Twitter. Haha.

    I would actually like to see him play basketball
    because, idk if you have noticed, he is a NBA player and on occasion they play and talk about basketball.

    I mean, WTF is this a Patty Mills Podcast.
    Maybe if he spent more time in the gym he could play, instead of shop.

    i love the patty cakes vids so far and patty stacks brought me back to the old days big time. he reminded me of a harlem globetrotter and yes guys back in the day really wore the headbands and those high knee socks.  he should interact with more players.  not a lot of places to go visit here in the winter here in portland as there is not a lot going on this time of year.  have him go to the tree lighting at pioneer square or be here during the macys parade...that sould be interesting...maybe go with rudy to the barber to trim his beard? lol
