Ok guys, the last game was a battle but they were able to pull out the win... will they be able to steal one on the road in Houston? What needs to happen to do this? For the first time this year, this team scored over 100 points vs Houston. How do we keep that up?

    Your thoughts?

Well, we will need to continue to front Yao and also develop that 3rd scorer. Roy and Aldridge can't combine for 70 every night. We need to get Blake, Rudy, Greg, or Travis loose. My guess: Greg. With no Mt. Mutombo in the game, he should be able to feast on Brian Cook, Chuck Hayes, and Carl Landry. If he can just be calm in the post and take his time, we should see him blossom.
Fact of the matter is, we need to win one of the next 2 to have a chance in this series. There is no way we will go down 1-3 and be able to win 3 in a row over Houston.

Good Question. We definately need to have more consistant threats on offense than B-Roy and LA. Outlaw has been awfully quite in this series and we need that to change in a hurry. If we get Roy driving and dishing to an open LA or Outlay, they need to be making shots for us to have a chance. Keep Yao out of the paint, try to contain Brooks, make shots. Sounds easy doesn't it? Who knows what they will change in their strategies concerning Roy after he torched them Tuesday night. If we battle with them and play the same ball we have played (game 1 aside) to close out the season, we can definately beat Houston. Looks like it will be another exciting game, hopefully another Blazer win!!

The Blazers were winning!  That is the key word, were.  Blazers are living proof that you can live and die by the jumper.  Lately it has been dying.

Hawes will be a hot commodity by the trade deadline, I would think the sixers could find a better offer.

However, I do believe Mo Williams could have somewhat of  a high trade value. Olshey needs to make a deal to get a big man while we...

Yeah and now Blazers have zero interest in Bynum. I really thought he was worth the small risk. If anything he would be at the end of our bench and we use him as a sub. Hopefully we do make some type of trade for a quality back up center. Right no...
