Whos going to win MVP?

    I'm going to ask who you think will win MVP,6th Man, Most Improved, Defensive, Coach of the Year, Rookie of the Year.
    This is what I think will happen.
    MVP: LeBron James
    6th Man: Wesley Matthews
    Most Improved:Nicholas Batum
    Defensive:Dwight Howard
    Coach:Phil Jackson(hate the team respect the coach)
    Rookie: Blake Griffin
    I am a fan of Lamarcus Aldridge, the 2011-2012 MVP

    I just can't see LeBron winning a THIRD straight MVP without doing anything in the postseason, unless the Heat win 70, which won't happen. Durant is the obvious favorite, but watch out for Deron Williams. He's my darkhorse pick, especially if he can lead that Jazz team to a Top 4 seed.

    One game into the season, I can only speculate on possible MVP and ROY candidates...usual suspects here:

    MVP: Kobe, Durant, Howard, James, Wade, etc. etc. Williams would be a dark horse pick for sure, love that guys game.

    ROY: Wall, Turner, Griffin, Favors, etc. etc.

    MVP: Kevin Durant (Because everyione loves the Thunder and they want someone different to win it)
    Darkhorse: Dwight Howard (I think he will play with a chip on his shoulder this year)
    6th Man: Wes Matthews or Lamar Odom Darkhorse: Chase Budinger
    Most Inproved: Nicholas Batum (It's his year) Darkhorse: LaMarcus Aldridge
    Defensive Player: Dwight Howard Darkhouse: Wes Matthews
    Coach of the year: Jerry Slone or Phil Jackson (These guys need one especially Jerry, But I Won't be suprised if Eric Spoelstra win it) Darkhorse: Nate, Tom Tibodeau and Scoot Skilles
    Rokkie: Blake Griffin Darkhorse DeMarcus Cousins

    If the Durant is still being pimped by the league and plays well this year I think he'll get it. LBJ is now a bit Toxic outside of Miami so he won't get it this year, plus more scorers on that Miami team to share the spot light with. I hope for Roy to have a season where he would be considered for it, since without him, our team would probably not make the playoffs.
    6th man - Odom or our W.M.
    defense - D. Howard
    Rookie - Griffen or cousins
    Most improved - Batum
    Coach - J. Sloan or Nate
    All West, except Howard!!!!!!

    I think Howard should have a beast of a year, the dude went to Houston to get pro tips from Olajuwon.
    That's the last thing you want to see is Howard doing patent "Dream" moves... O_O

    mvp: Either Kobe or Durant.  depends on how the thunder play this year
    6th man: Evan Turner (assuming he comes off the bench)
    rookie: Blake Griffin
    Most Improved: tough one.  I would go with Shannon Brown but i dont think he will get enough minutes to win the award so I'm gonna go with Batum for now.  really to hard to say this early in the season though
    Defense: Dwight ( I dont think he will deserve it, just like he didnt deserve it last year, but I think he will get it again since the only thing people care about when making that decision is blocks)
    coach: Phil Jackson or avery johnson if he can get the nets into the playoffs.

     

    I am a fan of the Blazers draft selections. Feels good to finally be able to say that

    Coach: Sloan (He REALLY deserves it.)
    Defensive: Howard, LeBron, or Noah
    I am a fan of making Kobe cry in the Western Conference Finals.

    I honestly dont think these are the qualifcations for Mvp. hahaha.
    Other wise wouldnt Kobe or Garnett constanly win it? hahaha

    Im not impressed with Gortat. Everyone wants him but he seems mediorcre to me. He is the most realistic option since all it would take is the 10th pick, but I think he is old and declining.
