come on guys, we're a deep team. this one hurts, but we've been resiliant in the past and we can be resiliant for a little bit longer.

    do you realize:

last year we had players miss 311 games with injuries.

this year, with three weeks to go before opening night, that number is already at 82-plus.

@Kass~  You had me sold on "resiliant" until, that is, I read your "do you realize" post!  Lol!

Jeff will be fine.  Concern shifts to the roster.  Jeff has interest in pursuing a career in broadcasting after basketball, so I expect to be seeing alot of him on Courtside and the like while he rehabs.  Cho has options.  Everything will be fine.  Get well soon Jeff!

Sucks really bad for Jeff, but to be honest I'm not a huge fan of Jeff's game, while I am a huge fan of him as a player/person. Does his contract/spot still count on this years salary cap/roster?

Let me rephrase that, I enjoy his work ethic, his will to succeed, I just don't think his game is that polished yet wher we will miss him that much, he'll still be on the sidelines at home games pumping up the team and the crowd, and hopefully we can see/hear him on courtside and other Blazer broadcasts.

Crim, i concur. JP is a Booster. He has the rah rah that the team needs to get pumped early, but thats not who we are anyway. Boston talks alot of noise, Detroit used to talk alot of noise. Suffice it to say that the East Coast is about noise. Time to look up Dampier and see what kkind of shape he's in. If we're lucky, he can come in here and be the Juwan Howard of last year. His stats should be good for 2,8,1. Two points, eight boards, one block. Another seven footer was cut by someone earlier in the month or last month. A couple of ten day contracts and we should be good until the Thriller & G.O. are ready. If i know Pryz, he's telling Bill Bayno that he's good to go.

@BDawg: sorry for that! it's just sad that we're already this far in the whole already. i'll try to be more charming in the duture! lol

@Crim: it seems to me you're not counting Jeff's entire game. he's not the strongest offensive player, but he's been a tough defender for us. i agree with you about his character (i think that's what you were alluding to).

Dion is good as well. Harrison isn''t great at any one thing. He''s a very good defender, a solid three point shooter, he is athletic, strong, can take it to the rack well, has a decent mid range game, and a good attitude. This collection of good ...

Matthews actually shot 43% in his first season but made less that 20 threes. In his final season he made 42 threes at 37% clip. Decent. Oladipo is definitely on the right track. I still think that Wesley is more valuable. Cmeese, I like Oladipo an...

First off Damian- Jack will make a lot more than 4 million next year. At minimum he will get a couple MLE offers starting at 5.15 million. Tony Allen will also get many MLE offers so to sign either will take at least 6 million probably closer to 8...
