    How do you guys feel about our first good look at our team?
    Anybody stand out?
    Anyone you expect a lot from in the future?

    I personally was very satisfied with the Blazers. I feel B.Roy is finally filling his roll as the captain of the team. He wasn't ready before and he agreed. Mathews on the other hand is coming out big for the Blazers I feel the 34m for 5 years is well worth it. His defense and offense were both at a high level. For the entire first few minutes he went shot for shot with an aggressive Roy. As for the rookies, Luke was doing great in his roll as a rookie.

    Some other notes. Bayless is learning to be a pass first PG and that is good news for the team. We also got to see some good progress  out of Jeff and Dante. Not to mention LA going big down low...with a left? Whats your thoughts?

    I love this team !! There are 3 threads going on this subject. I went into detail in the one that says fan fest scrimmage.

    A johnson and Wes are gonna be huge for us. I dont think ill sleep tonight waiting for then to play another team. this is the year we get 55 wins. Greg and Billa look like they were hungry to get out there and play. I think if they keep that drive they will be back sooner than we think. Im so excited abotu the team after tonight.

    Im not impressed with Gortat. Everyone wants him but he seems mediorcre to me. He is the most realistic option since all it would take is the 10th pick, but I think he is old and declining.
