Two Months Till Opening Night!

    In exactly two months, the Blazers face off against the Phoenix Suns, as you all know.  The Suns don't stand a chance, and here is why:
    1.  No Amare . . . the last thing the Suns needed was one less post player, and they lost their best one.  We'll dominate the glass, even if Oden and Joel are still out.  And if they're not, I feel a little bad for the Suns.
    2.  Wes Matthews . . . If JayRich thinks he's gonna score 42 on us again, he's wrong.  Wes Matthews will shut him down and most importantly, close out on him when he shoots threes.
    3.  Healthy B-Roy . . . Brandon loves playing against the Suns.  He hasn't forgotten his 52 point performance against them in 2009.  He's clearly motivated this off-season to get better and remain a Western Conference All-Star but more importantly, to help the Blazers win.
    4.  Suns don't play defense in regular season . . . enough said.

    Can't wait for the game!  That victory (hopefully) will get us starting on a roll!  What are your thoughts on the game?
    I am a fan of Defending the Rose Garden against the Lakers!

    And only 1 week till College Football begins! Fall has almost arrived..Football, Blazers, and the Baseball playoffs...its like an early Christmas present

    You''re right. They should dump Monta though. I was thinking maybe the Rockets could use the number 1 pick to get the lakers to do a sign and trade for D12.
