Okay I've been hearing a lot of talk about the big 3 that could be in N.Y. I just want to make a point. "mike d'antonio" In Phoenix  he had Amare with Nash and a very talented team around them what did that get them? score a lot, lose in the playoffs. why would the Knicks be any different? Nash is just as good as Paul is, only older. and if they sign Carmelo and CP3 all they are going to be able to put around them are aging veterns and sub par bench players. For that reason I'm not worried about that happening, I would rather Carmelo go to the knicks rather than stay here in our division.

I'm all for Mello going east.  Denver, Utah, and Golden State have been monsters for the Blazers in the west

Personally, i like the Blazers having to dig deep to beat our western conf rivals. Winning and or losing reveals true character. I dont care where Melo goes. Denver has the uncanny knack of imploding for long stints, and thats just what the Dr. ordered. Utah is going to have an acclimation period integrating Jefferson. Raja used to play for Sloan so he'll be ok,except for maybe being a step slower on the perimeter defense, if we're lucky. Golden State had better hope that their jumpers are falling, because lay ups against us are memories. Our biggest Warrior threat was always Magette. Houston if healthy would be sickening to deal with, especially since the addition of Chandler. Personally, i like the Camby Man better. Just thinking of the lineups we would try against them is exciting. Yao/Chandler vs. Oden/ Camby. Or Camby/Aldridge vs. Chandler/Scola.

Well now you cant forget about The Thunder, otherwise they'll shock your @$$ just like they did the Lakers, and rest of the world last post season.

After I see Miami's Big 3 play, then I'll figure out if I need to be worried or not.  I mean, in the Finals you can only play one of them, so it doesn't make much a difference.

Maybe we should go for Pekovic as a restricted free agent and see what Minn will do.

Almost every reporter has done that with his name. It''s not even that tough. It was 2:30 in the morning,  Damian  didn''t exactly look sober, my guess was his entourage wasn''t either. Not his fault. He should have tried to stop them thou...

Time will tell. As it is well known round these parts, I do not have much hope for athletic big men. (JJ Hickson doesn''t count).

Okay, I''ll admit it, I like Asik better. I definitely think they will both have very good careers. And finally, someone who agrees, that Ibaka is a  shot blocker, not really a great defender.

Magic have a center and tons of young talent, extra picks and a future with a lot of cap space so yah the MAGIC.

Henson will be solid down the road but his ceiling is more like Taj Gibson. He is a great role player but not elite like Sanders and Ibaka could be if people were not so willing to shoot on him.
