Okay is the trail blazers offseason a total failure if the new Orleans Hornets PG Chris Paul (aka CP3) doesn't land
in Portland Oregon by the end of the summer? It's a loss by not a complete  failure  so our offseason moves so far are that we  signed Wes Matthews to a 34 million dollar contract for five years, named Rich Cho  as our new GM
and signed  a  great shooter in Luke Babbit . Whats there not to like? Don't   get me wrong Chris Paul is a great player but look at our starting 5  right  now PG/Miller,SG/Roy,SF/Matthews,F/L-Train and last but not least Greg
Oden ( yes he will start and play his heart out ) as long as the Trail Blazers stay healthy we have no real problems
of being a deep playoff team next year.Let me know how you think our offseason is going so far.

i do agree the offseason would be a bust in my opion because look miller is good but he isnt chris paul without a doudt and the blazers you can look at them and you can see there missing that one extra star that they need like a chris paul but you got to rember jerryd bayless is no pushover and if nate would let him you never know we mite not need chris after all it depends on if batum and oden devolep and if rudy finds his shoot again and of course not get injury proned dang. but we did pick up a few solid guys so your right i agree with you its not a completely melt but the blazers still havent made a move to get any better ok you get wesley who isnt at all that much different then webster so its tradeoff thats my opion anyway a move needs to happen while paul wants out.
I am a fan of getting CP3 in a blazer uniform.

It won't be a bust. At times, our shooting has lost us games. We signed a shooter. That made the off season worth it. Also, Patty Mills is going to be able to play. I would just sign him to a contract instead of going after Chris Paul. Mills has a lot of talent and is going to be cheaper than Paul. While he isn't an all star, I think that Patty Mills will be after getting some NBA experience.

Thank you, Knorton. Now more rebuilding or anything. No rookie nonsense. Get a solid Defensive big. Trade every single pick to get it.

I don''t trust big men with a history of injury. Ibaka also weighs more than Noel, but you''re right, early days yet, he could bulk up. I am sure, that he will lose some of his speed and athleticism when he does though. Wasn''t that one of his bes...

Paul Allen might sell the Blazers but the Blazers will never leave Rip City.
