    ...That most likely nothing will happen. Anyone know when the meeting is suppose to take place? I'm feeling pessimistic but I just don't see anything progressive happening today.

    ESPN is saying that even if Paul demands a trade, New Orleans is in no hurry to move him. They know they have 2 years left on his contract and will make a move on their own time. It could be as late as the trade deadline.

    It would be nice to at least get a definite answer whether or not Chris Paul wants to be traded. That would clear up a lot of BS, then the negotiations can take place. Miller, Pryz, Batum, Fernandez for CP3 and maybe Camby for Okafor.

    Nothing will happen today. CP3 and the Hornets will put up a front saying all is well and they are making no plans to trade him which translates into we want better offers. He'll get dealt, its not a mater of if but when.

    Yeah i saw a write-up on the "meeting" today. Paul said it went very well and from what i read....he'll be there for a while. But who knows, it could be a released statement to settle all this stuff down for now.
    I am a fan of the uptempo offense this year!

    Im not impressed with Gortat. Everyone wants him but he seems mediorcre to me. He is the most realistic option since all it would take is the 10th pick, but I think he is old and declining.
