News just broke today that Juwan has officially signed with the Miami Heat. Although he only gave us one season, he was huge for us and saved our butts on numerous occasions. Post your best Juwan moment in here or just wish him well as he encounters another adventure.

Juwan, you were an amazing asset to our team exatly when we needed it! You were the perfect addition to our team! I'll miss your kindness, professionalism, class, and of course your amazing skills on the court. I'm especially sad for the guys on the team who will no longer have you there to learn from, I'm sure they will miss that! If for some reason we can't dethrone the Lakers next season I hope you do! I wish you and your family all the luck in the world! I'm so proud you were a Blazer and I'll miss you! Good luck in Miami!
I am a fan of Joel coming back!!!

All I can say is Juwan was/is one class act! Best one-year-man this organization has ever had in it's history in my opinion...on the court and off!!! I wish him the best of luck.

DHawes said it best...just think back to how many time Juwan saved our team last year in close games...incredible :-)

    peace out,

Juwan - You are a class act.  Portland was so lucky to have you last year and I'm extremely bummed you won't be here this year!  You were a great mentor to the young players and a positive influence to the team!  Plus a heck of a ball player :)  and a joy to watch on the court.  Best of luck to you in Miami.  I guess I have to retire my Howard jersey :(  Thanks for the year!
I am a fan of Patty Mills and Wesley Matthews. Wes is definitely earning the honor of wearing #2 (formerly Steve Blakes number) :) :)

Juwan, Congratulations on your chance to win a championship with the Heat.  We will greatly miss you as a Blazer, you set a high standard for playing the right way, you are a class act.  Please come back and be a coach for the Blazers when  your playing days are over.  You made a hugh difference in Portland this past year and  you will not be forgotten.  God bless you!

Thank you for showing our young players what it really means to be a professional basketball player, hopefully they were able to learn something from your time with them.  You were appreciated!

Sad day in P'town for sure.  We could potentially lose the only two Blazers to have CONSISTENTLY taken a few precious moments following home games last season to engage fans, in particular, the young people...my son included.  Patty Mills and ofcourse, Juwan would ALWAYS stroll over and greet the kids, with high fives, and contagious smiles, often even signing autographs... before leaving the RG. Juwan, you are truly a class act.  The intangibles you brought with you to this organization cannot be overstated.  Please consider calling Portland Oregon home in the future

Juwan - You are very much a great example of what a true NBA professional should be.  You will be very much missed in Portland.  I wish you nothing short of the best in your future with Miami and hopefully we'll see you back here in the near future either as a player or an executive.

Even though you were here just a year, the things you did while with the Blazers are invaluable. You played great when injuries forced you in and you gave it your all every night which is always appreciated by the Rip City faithful. Your work with the young guys, not just about basketball, but to show them the ropes of the NBA and how to make it a through full season and not get in trouble off the court will always be appreciated. Thank you, Juwan. We really will miss you.

The Blazers were winning!  That is the key word, were.  Blazers are living proof that you can live and die by the jumper.  Lately it has been dying.

Hawes will be a hot commodity by the trade deadline, I would think the sixers could find a better offer.

However, I do believe Mo Williams could have somewhat of  a high trade value. Olshey needs to make a deal to get a big man while we...

Yeah and now Blazers have zero interest in Bynum. I really thought he was worth the small risk. If anything he would be at the end of our bench and we use him as a sub. Hopefully we do make some type of trade for a quality back up center. Right no...
