Armon Johnson Awaits Blazers Decision

     LAS VEGAS -- Trail Blazers coach Nate McMillan tapped Armon Johnson on the shoulder Sunday evening and issued a timeline.

    "Forty-eight hours," McMillan said, before waltzing to the exits and away from a bustling Cox Pavilion.

    Translation? Johnson is supposed to call McMillan on Tuesday night, when he could potentially discover his fate with the Blazers.

    "What time is it?" Johnson said, chuckling. "I'm gonna put this in my calendar."

    I really hope we end up keeping Armon. He really proved himself out there. He's always under control, poise, and has better than advertised point guard skills. Oh yea, there's his defense too!

    Paul Allen needs to pull a Mark Cuban and add some owner-driven drama to all this. Allow his obsession with point guards (and ours) to take over, let both players make the team, and during the season do weekly televised 1 on 1 competitions between armon and patty, first one to 11 gets the back up guard spot for that week, the loser goes to the d-league for that week. I smell reality sensation, it's guaranteed to get better ratings than Wanted Adventure Host 2. If the ratings begin to drop you bring in guest appearances by Babbit or maybe Australian counterparts that want to get showcased in the states. Let me know when the checks in the mail, thank paul.

    I have thought at times that Mr Allen should take  little pgs home, and let them play one on one all the time.  But putting them on tv is a much better idea. By now it could have Telfair,Green, Chacho and Mills. More than enough for a reality show I would watch.   Too funny .

    Looks like this could be cleared up as soon as this upcoming week-

     blazerbanter #Blazers are expected to move Johnson-Mills situation forward next week.
