    I dont know about any of you, but i love this game with a passion. From the hard blacktops where i played in Hollis,Jamaica Ave, and St.Albans,little sections in Queens N.Y.,to eventually moving to Portland 21 years ago and being a Blazer fan ever since. We've had us some bumpy roads which i wont relive,but we're well on our way to respectability in the form of greatness. Of course, im an optimist. Which brings me to the undisputed leader of this team, mr Brandon Roy. Sometimes you listen to people speak and you get the feeling that your not getting the gospel. This young man is quite the opposite. I get the sense that BROY is giving it to you raw all the time, and thats what i like about him. He is a winner.     The video is a nice piece of humanity after this summer's corporate B.S. session by L.B.J. I'm disgusted by where most rich ballers have let their characters fall. Roy is a millionaire, yet, he is humble and honest. The contrast is pure. Roy is a joy to listen to. He makes you want to like him by being sincere. Go and play well Roy.

    I know Roy seems saintly, and in the recent happenings of the sports world that almost makes me fear him a bit more. It seems popular for our sports icons to gain the purity status, just so we can scorn them for less than a year before lifting them upon our shoulders again.

    I loved watching Barton this season. He avg  16.3 points (on 47 percent shooting), 7.2 rebounds, 3.7 assists, and 1.7 steals in 37.1 minutes in the last 6 games.
