who needs salary-cap-eating players? they don't assure you of a championship. as far as the blazers are concernth they only need to get rid of the injuries and stay healthy throughout the season.

if your referring to wesley mathews you need to look into him more, he's a kid with nba experience, starting 10  games in the playoffs under sloan, this kid going against Batum everyday in practice would be great for us.

Not to mention coming off the bench giving you 15-25 minutes of hard-nosed effort. Brandon can get some rest finally on a more consistent basis.

Agreed. Mathews is a great young talent. And if anything else were signing him to an offer sheet to make the Jazz pay more money than they had hoped too.

and WM can play the 2 or 3. even thoe we got babbitt who will back up for batum at the 3. thats always good insurance in case of injurys. and if we want to go small against the running teams, we can put babbitt at the 4

I would agree LMA is a decent defender but his help defense and team defense needs a lot of work. It is in these areas that Bosh really separates himself from LMA and it is because of that he is a better player than LMA despite not putting the sam...

I was looking at some shooting stats and came across a very very alarming stat. LMA was the league leader in FGA from 16-23 feet. Not only was he the leader he was lead by a mile. His 7.3 attempts from this distance easily outpaced Demar Derozan w...

Sug I would start with him outscoring Wesley Matthews. He also needs to get his FTA up and his FG% up and cut down the turnovers.

His defense was decent last year but not that good as he is either too weak or just unwil...

why is everyone high on Shabazz.  He can''t shoot and he thinks he''s the next best thing to Lebron.  His attitude is not positive.
