    I have been waiting for any major off-season moves to be conducted by the organization. I was wondering why they haven't been making any moves yet. Any transactions made could be a big splash, or have an impact to the team!

    Anyway, as what the title of this message says, here are my wishlists for the team.

    TRADE:
    -Joel Przybilla and Jeff Pendergraph for Anderson Varejao
    -Jerryd Bayless and Rudy Fernandez for Mike Conley

    Or maybe replace Pendergraph with Cunningham as the trade piece. Either way, I believe that the trades are beneficial.

    reddick and korver went to chicago, and as much as i like ridnour we don't need him. I think blazer's are secretly doing what we all know is best, waiting, and letting young talent grow. Works for the "best young team" in the league, OKC, so it will work for the real best young team because we have the veterans in place to teach.

    Cunningham was good player, that he not trade.

    it will take more than that to get CP3, but I'd take that deal in a heartbeat. Seriously, Anderson Varejao? How about not. The guy is extremely overrated. Let him prove himself without LBJ before you go and give people like Pendergraph away to pick him up, and Mario Chalmers? Give me a break. If they are going to give up Rudy AND Bayless, they better get a lot more in return than Mario Chalmers. My wish list, Rudy, Bayless, and Cunningham for Ray Allen (Not gonna happen) or Rudy, Bayless, Miller, Joel for CP3 and Okafur. If you still need to add more to the pot, wait til after summer league, but keep Batum, Roy, Oden together at all costs. Okafur would make a much stronger PF than he does a Center.

    By the way, why is nobody talking about my suggestion on a trade for Mike Conley. I mean, seriously, he is Greg Oden's best friend and they played together until they parted ways in the NBA. I think GO could be more efficient if he plays with his best friend. Putting MC in Portland might also make him more efficient than he is in Memphis...

    To get Chris Paul, Portland would have to give New Orleans everything they want. Expiring contracts of Andre & Joel, future draft picks, extras like Rudy, and centerpiece players in Jerryd & Nicolas. Especially Nicolas, because he's the guy that they want the most of the group we would be willing to give up. I like the addition of Okafur to even out the numbers on the deal and I agree with the above post about him being a stronger PF than C, which is what we need since LaMarcus is not a strong PF.

    The numbers on that don't add up.  However Rudy straight up for Darren Collison works.  That gives us a great young TRUE PG gets Rudy quality minutes with a new team, and allows Bayless to just be a guard rather than try to be something he is not.

    I'll talk about why no Michael Conley, Jr.

    He flat out sucks compared to Jerryd Bayless! And you want to give memphis a gift of Jerryd and Rudy? WTF is wrong with you? Who cares if Greg and Mike are buddies. Buddies don't get you championships; talent, chemistry and defense wins you championships. Mike Conley isn't that great of a talent after 3 years in the league with minutes given to him and he has nothing to show for it, he probably would have chemistry with us, and he can't play very good defense. The reason why other people choose to ignore this trade proposition is because it's just plain STUPID.

    Why not? Getting Oden back for 15 a game wouldn''t be that bad if he can do as he did in his 1st season. Close to 2 blocks a game and anything close to 5 boards. He would provide a good presence and he can read the game quite well.

    To go another season with so many rookies is not a good idea. We need a couple of vets and atleast one young bench scorer. If we want a Center, go after Hawes from Philly and Dorrell wright can be signed as a free agent. We can trade our 2nd round...

    Thanks Ricky.   I''ll be watching @ 10.   Haven''t seen enough right hand from Shazamm.   Without the ability to take his defender either way off the bounce, let alone finish at the cup with either hand?   Second rounder at best.
