    While I think Lowry is a nice backup point guard, I don't think we need one. When it comes to free agency, its about need and not always best player available. He is restricted though, so I see no reason why the Rockets wouldn't match unless its for the entire MLE.

    I really hope the Blazers don't WASTE the "mle" on Lowry......he is a pretty good defender and that will always keep you cashing nba checks but is he an upgrade over Miller and Bayless. Portlands needs a real GM quickly because whoever is making decisions needs to keep their dayjob!!
