Hey, does everyone  remember Desmond Mason? He was pretty good playing for the Bucks and the Hornets.  He's been out of the league since last year, but I think he could help us out in case Rudy is gone. We could use the biannual exception to pick him up, which wouldn't hurt our salary cap. What do you think?

Didn't he also do alright in Seattle with Lewis and Allen? Still though, if he was out of the league last year I'm not sure he is worth taking a chance on. Even Ime was on a team last year, if Mason was still servicable he would have been too. I wouldn't mind trying to go after Rashard Lewis though.

I'll pass on D-Mase. Now, if this were 3-4 years ago, then maybe. But as he currently stands, he's just not productive enough. His numbers are down all across the board and he's turning 33 this fall. His game was based on athleticism that I doubt is there anymore. I'd rather give Babbitt backup minutes than him.

Desmond who? Kid hasn't been relevant in YEARS! We already waived Gomes because the roster was too full, I don't think we'd jump on him instead.

Time will tell. As it is well known round these parts, I do not have much hope for athletic big men. (JJ Hickson doesn''t count).

He''s too big to be a SF, to big to be a PF, so Centre.

Okay, I''ll admit it, I like Asik better. I definitely think they will both have very good careers. And finally, someone who agrees, that Ibaka is a  shot blocker, not really a great defender.

Magic have a center and tons of young talent, extra picks and a future with a lot of cap space so yah the MAGIC.

Henson will be solid down the road but his ceiling is more like Taj Gibson. He is a great role player but not elite like Sanders and Ibaka could be if people were not so willing to shoot on him.

Here''s my best Mock Draft scenario for the Blazers:

Well, I still think he won''t do great in his career. Seems weak.
