    Great for Marty, he moves out of the backseat and into a leadership/mentor position where he will still have competition and a place to improve, but won't have to initially start from behind barring another injury. Just as in other ways of life, sometimes the best ways to learn and improve are to teach what we already know, with the picks his future team picked behind him, this is just what Marty needs to take his game to the next level. First three Marty hits against us next season, I will be one of many smiling alongside with Marty as he continues to make a name for himself in this league.

    Im gonna miss him as I was a big Martell fan but I am excited for him to move out into the lime light again and get his confidence going again... I wont forget the amazing game he played against the pistons this past season.   Good luck Marty!!!!!!  We will miss you!

    i was hoping i would have heard it was Rudy, suprised to see WEbster go. i thought he had a lot of potential, and giving our track record of letting young guys go, he'll probably burn us for 45 points...all 3's.
    I am a fan of winning a championship and never hearing the words jailblazers or bowie again.

    Rudy will be gone soon too.... They have both been replaced.

    i think the reason it is not rudy is because martell made more money so getting rid of him would get more money for free agents.  rudy doesn't make a lot so that might have saved him.
    ur right whenever we let someone go they turn awesome like channing frye! with all his 3's. =)

    I think what Stotts is doing is superb. His plays are great. I remember the only play he ever called for Meyers Leonard, against the Bobcats. Great movement, got LMA a good mid range look, got Batum a decent three look and the got Meyers way down ...
