    Today is going to get crazy with a LOT of rumors and rumblings from other NBA teams, so whatever you hear today, please put it into this thread.

     The Detroit Pistons would love to get to No. 3 and draft Kentucky center DeMarcus Cousins, sources said, but the two teams haven’t been able to get anywhere on a possible package. The Pistons engaged Sacramento on the fifth spot, but Kings GM Geoff Petrie wants to take Cousins and keep him.
     Of the players who figure to be available for the 13th pick, the Toronto Raptors appear to like Kentucky forward Patrick Patterson the best, league sources said.
     The Los Angeles Clippers have entertained offers for the No. 8 pick, but if Wake Forest forward Al-Farouq Aminu is still on the board they plan to take him, barring an unexpected drop from someone in the draft’s top six.
     An executive with a team that’s targeting Nevada’s Luke Babbitt fears the Utah Jazz will take him with the ninth pick.


    Man, that's certainly not a nod of approval for Babbitt. I can't disagree with the executive though, I wouldn't touch Babbitt with the 9th overall pick either. One, it's too high in my mind to take him. And two, they have more pressing needs than small forward. Finally three, he would not be Best Player Available at 9.

    First Trade of the Day From Chad Ford-

     Chad Ford chadfordinsider Hinrich deal can't become official until July 8. So Bulls will make pick for Wizards at No. 17. New mock draft coming soon ...

    I really hate this deal. It now will give the Bulls enough cap room to sign not one but TWO MAX guys. If they get Bron and Bosh or Wade and Bosh or any combo of a wing + post and pair them with Noah and Rose..it's going to get ugly for the rest of the league. Thank you Wizards...ugh

     WojYahooNBA: Pacers and Nets discussing trade to send package including Danny Granger and 10th pick for Devin Harris, Yi and No. 3 pick.
    I really like it for the Pacers. They need young talent and the #3>#10. They aren't winning right now with Granger. What are the Nets thinking though? Trading Harris really kills their backcourt and this is a terrible PG draft, and there are no great point guards via free agency either.

    Portland interested in Tibor Pleiss?

    Tibor Pleiss' agent sounds really confident. He thinks his client might get picked as high as 14, which would be an unbelievable surprise. It sounds like Portland is really high on Pleiss at the moment, according to numerous sources, and they'll take him at 22 if he's on the board.
