    If management fires Kevin Pritchard I will continue to support the current team, but will refuse to put any of my money into small-minded clowns' pockets.

    Honestly, It's better to hear the radio guys talkin' smack n' spreading rumors about Blazer executives, then I would about Blazer players. Hey, it's the offseason, you gotta do somethin' to keep listeners involved.

    I moved here from LA in 2003 and, when I saw the quality, both ethical and physical, of the players that Pritchard was responsible for getting to the team, I became a Blazers fan.  I was always a Lakers fan but also followed the Clippers.  But the contrast between the two teams was striking.  Dr. Buss managed to hire good coaches, get good players and has obviously run an extremely successful franchise.   But Donald Sterling, the owner of the Clippers, was notorious for being cheap, for undermining Elgin Bayler, who managed to draft good players.  But Sterling would trade them away to make a quick buck instead of keeping them around so they could be the nucleus of a championship-quality squad.  Often they didn't want to play for the Clippers and, when they did, were much poorer players than when they were traded to other teams.  A case in point is Lamar Odem.  So I'm concerned that Paul Allen is just as short-sighted and, when Pritchard is let go, he'll have trouble, as Canzano pointed out today in the Oregonian, getting anybody good to replace him.

    Has anyone else heard anything about a kevin pritchard rally on wednesday? I keep looking for info, but all I heard was a comment from a listener talking to Antonio  on the radio last week. Help!!
    I am a fan of Keeping it real here in Portland. You all know what I mean.
