You guys are the best!  And Portland fans wouldn't have ANY OTHER TEAM than the one we have right now - win or lose!   You have overcome impossible odds, painful injuries - and screwed-up ref calls.....

Looking forward to a "pain free" season next year for all of you....  And you can bet - we'll be at the games, have you on the TV, on the radio - and signs all throughout RipCity!!

Hope to see JH stick around...  and glad Marcus is here.  Andre - what can we say? - except THANKS!  We're also looking forward to see our upcoming guys develope EVEN MORE - and what a golden opportunity they've had this year to be mentored by some of the best names in the league!!

REALLY looking forward to seing JP and GO get healthly and back in the game too!

THANKS AGAIN GUYS - THIS HAS TRULY BEEN THE MOST EXCITING SEASON EVER!!!
I am a fan of the blazers & a rockin' season!! exciting all the way - thanks guys - all of you!! looking forward to next year!!!!!

Hey I'm from Phoenix and have been a diehard Suns fan since I can remember, but you Portland fans remind me of the way fans used to be in Phoenix. Just like your team you've got lots of heart and your gonna have a heluva team in the next couple of years...Thanks for the great series and I'm looking forward to more competition with you guys in the future...Thanks

The Blazers are the worst team that made the playoffs! Bobcats were a close second. Nate McMillan is ignorant! Did you hear some of his in game pep talks? "Slow down guys!" huh? How do you slow down anymore when you dribble for 20+ seconds because your scared to shoot? In an elimination game at home you shoot 38% against one of the worst defenses in the league.

If you didn't really pay attention in that 4th quarter, let me take you back to when it was 76-76 with 8:00 to play, and Phoenix had already committed 4 team fouls to Portland's 0 fouls. You would think, oh, if I were Portland, I can just tell my guards to drive to the hoop and foul out Phoenix's best players, while shooting all the free throws I want. Not Portland. They proceed to drain the clock, take 11 of their next 12 shots from 3 or deep 2, draw only 2 Suns fouls with B. Roy on the floor, and shoot a total of 4 FTs! 99-90! What a joke! Last time I checked Phoenix didn't have Shaq or Robin Lopez to block shots anymore, so you might want to make "driving to the paint" one of your philosophies next game! Oh wait, there won't be a next game for you if you don't count bass fishing in the lake, with the Mavs, Bulls, Bobcats, and Heat!

Great coaching, Nate! How does this idiot keep his job? Oh and starting your franchise player w/ a bum knee that could damage his future with the team, Genius!  =D

Whack - while you may a "few" valid points.... and with all due respect.....

Were you the one who juggled 16 (17? 18?) different line-ups this season??  Did you battle all the injuries (incuding your own achilles) and still motivate the team?  Did you deliver the pep talks that kept this team going when they barely had enough players to suit-up and play??  Did you manage trades and new personalities, blend veterans with inexperienced rookies to play long minutes together?  Did you help them get the record needed to even make it to round 1, despite all the tragedies???

NO.  But Nate did - so don't be so quick to throw him under the bus!

This is a THANK YOU BLAZERS THREAD - and the last I checked..... Nate is a Blazer too!

    UPRISE 2011  !!

Not DPOY. All American. Player of the year in his conference twice. Past four years, McCollum, Muscala, McCollum, Muscala.

@RipCity I like the Nick Young/Randy Foye idea indeed, could be able to get Foye for 2mil per season

sign Iggy for 8-9M, Batum at the two, and Wesley off the bench! Draft Steven Adams (who loves contact, grew up playing rug-bee). Sounds NICE!

Love Okafor, hate his contract. Nenê is sweet too. I like the Wizards. Fan of wall. Also you guys watching Danny Green? Dude is insane.

Im not impressed with Gortat. Everyone wants him but he seems mediorcre to me. He is the most realistic option since all it would take is the 10th pick, but I think he is old and declining.
