What a weird game!  Lots of confusion going on with 1 minute left in the game.

Well, weird finish to the game, but I have to hand it to Nelly - no one else could have pulled that off and not gotten tossed!  They are the only team hurt worse than us by injuries, and they had NO depth on their bench to save them.

Great year despite devastating injuries. Nate has my vote for Coach of the Year. Many favorable match-ups with the Suns. They don't have anyone that can guard LaMarcus. Huge mismatch in our favor. Blazers in 6.

Incredible finish to the season! I had Jeff as my #1 rookie for the Blazers this year. Great to see him play, he's gonna be a force to deal with a long time in this league! We got 50 W's and we can bring the Suns a lot of trouble! GO BLAZERS!!!!

Really wish we would have ended the season on a win. I know, I know we sat everyone, but still.
I don't think GS should have been able to play George with 6 fouls either. It is their responsibility to provide enough healthy bodies and they clearly didn't.

Fan appreciation night?  I certainly didn't feel appreciated.  Sure Aldridge was sick, Roy injured, but why didn't Camby play even one play?  Yeah, Nelly should have been tossed, but why did the team quit playing the last five minutes of the game?  Not fan appreciation night, but rather fan disappointed and disgusted night...and to think I wasted money to see that game.  I think I will watch the playoffs from my livingroom.

     Post-Game Thoughts

In a meaningless game that saw Aldridge, Roy, and Camby all sit, Andre play only 9 minutes to keep his Iron-man streak in tact, and Golden State play really only five guys, including George who fouled out but was allowed to continue playing due to a loophole in the rulebook, Golden State ended up winning 122-116. In short, we found out Jeff can fly high, Dante's a better rebounder than given credit for, Patty's jumper is almost as awesome as his accent, Bayless' court vision has re-emerged, Rudy throws a sweet one motion scoop lob pass, Marty makes 3's, Andre's still our Iron-man, Juwan and Marcus get excited when Lil' Bit throws down, Nico can fly as well, and Diener didn't score. All in all, a great Fan Appreciation Night!

You're joking right? Why even RISK Camby getting hurt in a playground game against the Warriors? The only reason Dre played was to keep his active games streak alive and he was out in 9 minutes. We had the 6 seed wrapped up, a win meant nothing. Didn't Pendergraph, Batum, Bayless, and Rudy put on a good enough show for you? 122-116? I was pleasantly entertained. Really, if it wasn't for Diener, we win the game. We had 7 players in double figures, 32 assists, 10 3's made, and countless alley-oop plays sure to be seen on highlight reels for years to come. Have fun in your living room, the Garden is going to be insane next weekend.

ClydeFrog ~ Awesome!  I agree with every bit you said!  It was fun and entertaining to see the young guys out there!  Especially Jeff, that was his game for sure!!

I watched Shabazz at the combine and he was a poor shooter.  In fact he did  so bad he did not even show up for drills in day two.  He may be a scorer not a shooter.  If he throws up enough shots he scores.  If someone looks a...

I would agree LMA is a decent defender but his help defense and team defense needs a lot of work. It is in these areas that Bosh really separates himself from LMA and it is because of that he is a better player than LMA despite not putting the sam...

I was looking at some shooting stats and came across a very very alarming stat. LMA was the league leader in FGA from 16-23 feet. Not only was he the leader he was lead by a mile. His 7.3 attempts from this distance easily outpaced Demar Derozan w...

Sug I would start with him outscoring Wesley Matthews. He also needs to get his FTA up and his FG% up and cut down the turnovers.

His defense was decent last year but not that good as he is either too weak or just unwil...
