WHere is Patty Mills?

    I noticed the other day he was taken off the roster but not demoted to D-LEague. Its been almost a week and i cant find anything on what is happening with him.

    Can some one tell me whats happening with his role as a blazers?
    I am a fan of Patty Mills. Cant wait to see him get some PT

    When we signed Travis Diener to fill the last roster spot, he got activated on the 12-man roster while Mills, Oden, and Joel are the 3 remaining players on the inactive roster. I know a player can only be sent down to the D-League so many times, so maybe they are keeping Patty here for the playoff-run type experience even though he isn't playing?

    I saw him play for about a minute if that long. Last night I saw him at the game in street clothes.

    Found it. You can only recall a player 3 times in one season to the NBDL. I believe we have already sent Patty down their twice, so one can assume we are holding the last recall as a last resort.

    Patty is still around, he's just inactive. He wasn't on the bench during the last home game because he forgot to bring his sport coat. True story

    I wish they would activate him BUT I trust the staff and Nate to do what is the best for the team so I support the decision. Just hope Patty knows that Portland fans LOVE him and sticks around!

    Stats! he scored 8 points in 3 minutes the other week. He has potential its just hard with a full roster

    I sure would hate to see a possibly great player just rot away. I myself am not sold on Bayless yet. He has shown signs of being a potentially good player but to me he is not consistant and plays too much "out of control" for me. The one thing I will give Bayless is he brings energy into the game which we need at times and it has been a shot in the butt, but when this guy drives the hoop he does not see the floor very well and gets tangled up to much which results in alot of turn overs and blocked shots on him. He also goes through shooting slumps where for games in a row he cannot buy an outside shot, but then all of a sudden for a game or two he will shoot a good percentage...however it is not consistant. I know alot of you are huge Bayless fans and I could be if I saw good play on a night to night basis, but I don't. As for Mills, he hasn't even got a real chance yet and neither have we as fans to see him in real action. I would sure hate to see him just sit and then get traded just like we did with Petro back in the day.
